Tri-State Exhibition Center is approximately 1/2 mile West of I-75 at exit 20 in Cleveland (McDonald), Tennessee. After exiting I-75, pass Brewer's Exxon on the right and proceed to the four-way stop. You will see Tri-State (festival site) just ahead and to the right.
